All products are sent requiring a signature on collection and can only be sent to the address associated with your payment details.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel orders to countries with reported high levels of internet sales fraud.
We obtain proof of postage for all orders - we are not responsible for orders lost in the post, and you should consider using one of the delivery methods requiring a signature on delivery if you are concerned about reliability of your postal system.
We cannot be responsible for any delays, extra costs or missing orders due to customs problems when shipping orders internationally.
All items are not refundable except items broken or damaged. Customers must return the product to the Mindat store prior to receiving a refund, and customer account must be in a good standing. In all cases, product must be returned, shipping costs paid, and account must be in good standing in order for any refunds to be considered. Please ensure all clothes are of the correct size before ordering.
